Mobile Doctors 24-7 combines next-gen telemedicine, telemonitoring and home health to provide you with 24-7 access to our western trained doctors and wellness experts for healthy, acute and chronic condition management and advice via voice/video calls, live chat as well as on-site visits and clinics. We offer a true healthcare solution for you and your family to speak to unbiased, full-time doctors who will manage your condition and guide you to the nearest facilities if needed. Our doctors follow Evidence Based Medicine based on NICE International guidelines.

How can I register for Mobile Doctor 24-7’s services?

You can register for the service by either downloading the free mobile application and subscribing through your PayPal account or by using any major credit card for only $10/mon. Enterprise members can call our toll-free number 800 MD24-7 (800 63247) to activate their membership if your enterprise is already one of our existing clients.

How can I unsubscribe?

To unsubscribe, you need to login to the Mobile Doctors 27-7 App, go to the subscription section and click on unsubscribe. For enterprise customers, the subscription is automatically deactivated depending on the enterprise’s contract.

What does the service cover?

Our doctors will help you manage your condition, issue repeat prescriptions and give medication advice, where available. If your condition requires being seen by a doctor in person, we will refer you to the nearest facility within your network and make an appointment on your behalf. We also offer customized wellness programs that include nutrition, fitness, weight and stress management advice as well as wellness tips via our interactive mobile application.

How secure is my health record and my medical history?

Do you have specialist consultants?

We have full-time western trained GPs and family medicine specialists who are experienced in all aspects of medicine. We are currently working on adding more specialized care personnel to our team.

What is the average waiting time for a call?

If the call is not answered within 30 seconds, we will call you back within 15 minutes. If we do not, please let us know and we will investigate and get back to you in writing as to why you were not called back. We take our customer complaints seriously and will take necessary corrective actions to improve our services.

Can you prescribe medication over the phone?

There are two types of medication; Over-The-Counter (OTC) Medication and Prescription Medication. We can give you advice on Over-The-Counter Medication which can be purchased at your nearest pharmacy. If your condition requires prescription medication, then you might require a visit to a doctor in a clinic or hospital and we will advise you to do so.

Do you deliver medication?

We can send your prescription to the nearest pharmacy however delivery for medication is determined by the pharmacy. For enterprise clients, medication can be delivered to their office location.

Does your doctor prescribe antibiotics or chronic medications over the phone?

Our Doctors can only give recommendation on of medications which are available over the counter without a prescription. As for antibiotics and chronic medications, our doctors can prescribe only during onsite company doctor visits arranged by our contracted clients where they can see you in person, examine you and issue your prescription.

Can you send the prescription?

We can send the recommendation to a pharmacy nearby your location so you can easily collect the medication.

What is the cost of the Over-The-Counter Medication you recommend?

Mobile Doctors 24-7 keeps the Over-The-Counter Medication cost below your current deductible without compromising your health. Hence, there won’t be any additional out of the pocket expenses for using our services.

Can you help me with referrals?

Yes, if your condition requires being seen by a doctor in person, we will refer you to the nearest clinic or hospital within your insurance network and make the booking on your behalf. It is important to note that we DO NOT get any referral fees or commission.

Could you provide me with the name of the best facility/Hospital I could go to?

Of course, we can provide you with a list of the best hospitals or clinics that are covered under your insurance network. It is then up to you which hospital or clinic to go to.

Does insurance cover the service?

If you are an employee of one of our clients, then our service is available to you for free. However, individual customer members need to subscribe to get a consultation with our doctor and their insurance may not cover our service.

Do you have female and male doctors?

Yes, we have both, male and female doctors depending upon the availability

I would like to speak to an Arabic/Hindi doctor?

We do have Hindi/Arabic doctors depending on availability. If the required language doctor is not available at that moment, we can offer a translation. However, if you do not want a translation done, we can arrange for a call back whenever the Hindi/Arabic speaking doctor is next on shift.

Do you handle emergencies?

Our contact center is not designed to replace an emergency number or emergency room. Therefore we advise that in case of an emergency you go to the nearest hospital or preferred healthcare provider or call 999.

What if I have concerns regarding the credentials of the Doctors I was speaking to?

Mobile Doctors 24-7 cares about you and your family and is staffed by experienced and certified Dubai Health Authority licensed physicians. All doctors are experienced in handling all types of medical problems. Feel free to ask the physician you speak to, about their medical experience, education and licensing.

We can send medication recommendation to the nearby pharmacy where you live so you can easily go and collect the medication. Medication delivery is available at the discretion of the pharmacy.

Does your doctor prescribe antibiotics or chronic medications?

Our visiting doctors can prescribe ‘prescription only’ medications including antibiotics and chronic medications. You can either collect the prescription and take it to the pharmacy, or we can send the prescription to one of the nearby pharmacies for you to pick up at your convenience.

Does insurance cover this service?

Yes, for contracted clients the onsite Company Doctor consultation is covered by most insurance companies or your employer. Please contact your insurance company to confirm whether home visits are covered or not.
